Our Policy For Store Purchases

Oliver (HK) Jewellery Limited aims to provide a general guideline for returns and exchanges. In case of any disputes, the latest prevailing version of Oliver (HK) Jewellery Limited’s Policy shall apply.

1.1 Definition

‘Original Purchase Condition’ means that the merchandise is:

still in its original packaging with all certificates, warranties and receipt intact; unworn, unused, unaltered and in the condition originally purchased; and not damaged in any way.

The decision as to whether the merchandise is in ‘Original Purchase Condition’ shall be determined solely by Oliver (HK) Jewellery Limited and its decision shall be final.

1.2 Return

All in-store purchases are final sale and cannot be returned. If the purchase is subject to regional laws or regulations, and there exists inconsistencies between that and the company’s Policy, applicable laws and regulations shall prevail.

1.3 Exchange

Any merchandise or accessories, with the exception of ‘Excluded Items’, may be exchanged once in its “Original Purchase Condition” within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the receipt.

If the value of the selected replacement item(s) is/are higher than that of the original purchase, you shall pay us the difference in price. Where the value of the item is higher than that of the replacement item, we shall not refund to you the price difference. Items may be exchanged for any item under the same product category as designated by us.

1.4 Purchase offer

If you have purchased any merchandise or accessories with any associated discount offered or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account.

1.5 Handling of Accompanying Items

Replacement fee will be charged if the certificate, packaging and/or the free promotional gift are/is not returned together with the merchandise.

Above policy is applicable to the merchandise purchased at Hong Kong store only.

1. Points to Note of Returning

Please pay attention to the following points to note of 7-day exchange merchandise guarantee to protect your right:

  1. Inform us through email within 7 days upon the receipt of item – late notification is not accepted
  2. Ensure no vandalism and alteration to the returning item – alteration to the measurement or engraving on your own indicate customer is satisfied with both the design and quality, thus no return is provided
  3. Please make sure the presence of concerned sales invoice and packing – no return is accepted if the sales invoice is lost
  4. We shall be entitled to charge a replacement fee if the certificate(s) that accompany the merchandise in its Original Purchase Condition and/or the free gifts, redemption items and/or coupons are not returned together with the merchandise.
  5. Acquire the email confirmation from the company prior to the delivery
  6. Take out insurance for the item you purchased – customer shall be liable for the delivery of item before it is delivered to the company – the company shall take no responsibility for the lost or damage of the returning item when it is in transit
  7. Administration fee may be incurred to the credit card account due to refund. Customer shall be liable for all the cost, expenditure and risk (including delivery cost and administration fee) resulting from the return
  8. The right of returning shall be claimed once every 6 months only for each delivery address
